A Big Fat Thank You!
I just wanted to share some great news with you. Dark Scribe Magazine has announced the Black Quill Awards results and MAMA'S BOY AND OTHER DARK TALES has won the Reader's Choice Award for Best Dark Genre Fiction Collection. I am deeply honored that so many folks sent in their ballots and chose the MB collection. Wow! You all make writing a joy!

Can't say it's hot here, but it is warm and that's good enough for me, having dealt with the Canadian winters for the good part of my life. Snow is pretty sometimes though. As long as you don't have to go to work, ha! :-)

Canadian winters? Oh, so you know what I'm talking about, and then some. Glad to hear at least it's warm in your neck of the woods--a girl can dream.

I am SO looking forward to Spring. We're on our 10th snow storm this year. Ack. I'm certainly not a fan of global warming, but it's not showing up here at the moment...at least the "warming" part isn't. ;-)
