FRAN FRIEL is a Bram Stoker nominated author who lives by the sea (yes, Puff is just down the street) in rural New England with her husband and and a mad yellow dog. She spends quality time with said hubby pretending that they live in Maui. Residing in Connecticut, this pretending requires a vivid imagination, which brings us back to the writing.
In 2005, Fran joined The Horror Library and founded the The HL Blog-O-Rama and Fran Friel's Yada Feast. Her novella, MAMA'S BOY, was released by Insidious Publications, Summer 2006, and nominated for a Bram Stoker Award in Long Fiction. Fran's fiction collection, MAMA'S BOY AND OTHER DARK TALES, was released in June of 2008 by Apex Publications (apexbookcompany.com). Fran is currently working on a novel with hopes that it will see the light of day in 2009.
